With over 55 million subscribers, beIN Sports offers a wide range of sports content, primarily focused on football. However, they also provide coverage for 17 other sports, including basketball, tennis, and motorsports. They have the largest portfolio of sports rights of any global broadcaster.

The mobile-first design approach ensured a seamless user experience across devices. By prioritizing mobile optimization, we created adaptable widgets that scaled effortlessly to tablet and desktop screens, delivering a consistent and engaging experience
The Bento design approach facilitated seamless adaptation for Arabic language by leveraging a two column layout and right-to left text direction, we could easily modify individual widgets without affecting the overall page structure, ensuring a localized and user friendly experience.

Wireframing Challenges
The design process started with wireframing based on research insights and client requirements and was frequently interrupted by evolving stakeholder expectations. These changes, often driven by internal or external market shifts, necessitated a flexible and adaptable approach to the design

User-Centric Approach to Product Development
I collaborated closely with the Business Analyst to understand client and end-user needs to ensure a user-centric approach. This collaborative effort allowed us to prioritize user stories based on their impact and feasibility, ultimately shaping the product roadmap and sprint planning
